# Vectr

> Vectr is a fitness and nutrition app from Los Angeles that plans your whole week: a personalized workout plan, chef-made meal prep delivered from local Los Angeles kitchens, and small daily habits, all measured by one daily V Score (0 to 100). Vectr also offers healthy corporate catering and weekly office meal prep for teams in Los Angeles. The plan is free; Vectr+ costs $9.99 a month or $79 a year with a 7-day free trial.

## What Vectr offers

- **Personalized workout plans:** a weekly plan for building muscle, getting lean and toned, or staying healthy, 2 to 7 days a week, for beginners to advanced. Every workout has gym, home-with-dumbbells and no-equipment versions. The plan rotates to a new version every few weeks, suggests the next weight from how hard each set felt, and eases off when a lift stalls. Exercise videos show each move with a real model.
- **Meal prep delivery in Los Angeles:** build a weekly box of chef-made meals from local LA partner kitchens, or let Odin fill it to your calorie and protein targets. Every dish lists calories, protein, carbs, fat and allergens. Delivery is within Los Angeles ZIP codes 900xx to 918xx; each kitchen sets its own delivery area, and checkout confirms which kitchens reach an address.
- **Fair meal prices:** customers pay the kitchen's own menu price plus the kitchen's delivery fee. Vectr adds no service fee. Kitchens keep 85% of meal sales and all delivery fees.
- **V Score:** one daily score out of 100 from Movement (30), Nutrition (30), Recovery (25) and Mind (15).
- **Odin, the AI coach:** answers training and food questions using the member's own plan, meals and week. Free members get 3 questions a day; Vectr+ is unlimited.
- **Habits:** sleep, steps, sunlight, fasting (optional), meditation, learning, mood and social connection.
- **Vectr Age:** an estimate of how your last 30 days of steps, sleep, resting heart rate, training and body measures compare, in years, based on published studies. It is not a medical test.
- **Community matching:** once a day, Vectr suggests one person in Los Angeles with a similar 7-day average V Score, goal and schedule. Members choose who they see and what they are looking for (a training partner, friends or dating). A match sees only first name, goal, approximate distance and the rounded 7-day average score (which can be kept private); workouts, meals, weight, health data and exact location are never shared. Every match can be reported or blocked. Community launches with the app in Los Angeles.
- **Bring your own program:** type or paste an existing training program and Vectr runs and tracks it every week.

## Off the screen: what Vectr turns into in real life

- **Live in Los Angeles:** chef-cooked meal prep delivered to your door.
- **Launching in Los Angeles:** someone to train with. One match a day nearby; connect, chat and plan a session together (friends or dating, the member's choice).
- **Coming soon:** Hire a coach. Certified trainers, checked by Vectr, online or in person in LA; their program runs in the member's plan.
- **Coming soon:** Order now. A healthy meal in about 35 minutes from hand-picked LA restaurants that meet Vectr's standards, matched to what the member still needs that day.

## Vectr for teams (corporate catering, Los Angeles)

- **Team lunch:** one-time catering for 10 to 300 people, individually packed, labelled by name, each person's diet respected.
- **Weekly office meal prep:** lunches delivered to the office on Monday; each person chooses their meals in the app; the company pays all, part or a set budget.
- **Vectr+ for teams:** the full app for every employee, with a private team leaderboard that shares only scores.
- Order online at https://www.vectr.coach/teams in four steps (when and where, shared spread or individual meals, kitchen and menu, review), no account needed. The kitchen confirms within a day; pay by company card or invoice; change the headcount or cancel free until 2 days before.
- Typical meal prices are $12 to $16 at the kitchen's own price, plus delivery fees, with no service fee.

- Vectr+: $9.99 a month or $79 a year, 7-day free trial. Adds a member discount on meals, unlimited Odin, cook-at-home recipes from Odin, Vectr Age, and match preferences. At the current 5% member discount, the yearly plan pays for itself at about $132 of meal prep a month.
